Term Dates: Our terms run in accordance with Victorian school dates, including public holidays.

• Term 1: January 30th - April 7th

• Term 2: April 24th - June 23rd

• Term 3: July 10th - September 15th

• Term 4: October 2nd - December 8th

Enrolments: To confirm your enrolment, you will receive an email from us. Enrolments are valid for the term duration, unless otherwise agreed upon. Your enrolment will automatically carry over to the next term, unless you provide a written withdrawal notice. If you're not sure about committing to a full term, you can arrange a trial lesson before making a decision.

 

Withdrawal: If you need to withdraw from a lesson, please notify us via email at least two weeks before the withdrawal date. If you miss four consecutive lessons without notifying your teacher, we reserve the right to withdraw you from lessons.

 

Missed Lessons: If you provide at least 24 hours' notice of a missed lesson, we will arrange a credit or make-up lesson for you. However, if you miss a lesson without prior notice, you will be charged the full fee. If a teacher misses a lesson, we will issue a full refund.

 

Payments: At the beginning of each term, we will send you an invoice. You can pay weekly if you prefer. We accept cash and card payments on-site.

 

Lesson Times: We encourage parents/guardians to attend their child's lessons. If a student attends alone, please note that we are not responsible for them outside of their lesson time.

 

Zoom Lessons: Before the first lesson of the term, we will email you a Zoom link. To ensure a smooth lesson experience, please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a computer or tablet with a suitable screen size. If you encounter technical difficulties for more than 10 minutes, we will reschedule or credit the lesson.

 

Damages: Please be respectful of our property and instruments. If you cause any damages, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs.

 

Room Usage: Please do not enter a room without the presence or permission of a teacher. If your teacher is not in the room when you arrive, please wait patiently.
